All participants must verify their email to activate their account. Email addresses are stored as sensitive PII within AT&T systems for registration purposes.
Emails sent to users from The Achievery are only tracked to see clicks, opens, etc. and information is used for analytical purposes only.
User email addresses are not used for advertising and no information is shared with third parties outside AT&T for any purpose. Individual’s data will not be tracked.
Persons under 13 cannot open an account with The Achievery. Users over 18 that identify as parents can open "child accounts" as part of their own account to be used under their supervision by a minor.
No personal or sensitive information is collected about the child accounts and tracking information (i.e., anonymized usage) is opt-out by default – only a consenting parent can enable usage data collection (again, only for analytical purposes regarding platform use).
The Achievery user information is never shared with a third-party vendor or with other AT&T product or business units. Achievery data is only used internally to improve services and communicate about services to users.
Users can always opt-out of email or any cookie setting.
